BIO
* I was born in Gladstone, UP.
* Attended CMU, 1991.
* Taught/Coached in Kingman AZ, for 5 years.
* Taught/Coached in Menominee for 1year.
* Taught/Coached in Escanaba for 8 years.
* Have taught in Brighton for the past 15 years.
* Varsity Football Coach in Hartland, 3 years.
* Married for 27 years.
* 2 children: Bella 20 and Holden 17.
* Love to Hunt, Fish, Kayak, Mountain Bike and Hike.

K-1 Activities
* Rock Wall
* Cup Stacking

* Rolling

WARM UP
1. The students will come into their spaces.
2. We will Jump Rope for 1 song: 3-5 minutes.
3. ( K-1) The students will do a variety of Stretches to improve their Balance and range of motion.
4. The students will perform a variety of Muscular strength exercises: Jumping Jacks, Push Ups, Mountain Climber, Squat Thrusts and High Board.
5. The students will run/walk for 5-7 minutes.
